For "smaller" calculations our group has Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo and Fujitsu Siemens Celsius workstations with up to 16 cores, 32 GB RAM and at least ~ 1 TB storage per workstation. Some of the workstations are equipped with 3D technology. All workstations are running with the lastest releases of Scientific Linux.

For applications with higher demand in performence (e.g. MD simulations) we can use our CPU- or GPU clusters.

Special software is available in our group to run MD simulations, dockings, virtual screening, structure based design etc.

CPU cluster:

The cluster consists in total of 180 cores and 212 GB RAM.

GPU cluster:

Calculations and simulations performed on graphic cards are carried out on the following available GPUs
