    • Introduction of artificial amino acids into Biologics by genetic engineering, in order to create site directed derivatives at this position with complete control of the quality of the resulting conjugates. We apply this technique for:
      • PEGylation
      • 'Clicking' of small molecules to Biologics
      • 'Clicking' of Biologics to surfaces/implants
      • 'Clicking' of dyes to Biologics
    • Liquid and lyophilized formulations for parenteral application
    • Particular and electrospun drug release systems from synthetic (PLA, PLGA, PCA) and biopolymers (silk fibroin)
