Research focus: Drug research with DNA-encoded libraries (DEL)

  • Development of DNA-barcoding strategies and encoded reaction methodology
  • Exploration of nanoheterogeneous reaction systems for DNA-encoded library synthesis
  • Design and synthesis of chemically diverse or target-focused DNA-encoded libraries
  • Selection of DNA-encoded libraries on target proteins for compound identification
  • Validation of compounds identified from DEL selection
  • TEAD-YAP inhibitor development
  • Development of chemistry and encoded library data analysis tools based on KNIME
