Transdermal carbon monoxide delivery
13.04.2023Matthias Ruopp developed the first transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) for therapeutic gases! His TTS generates the gas and releases it through a special membrane across the skin into the underlying tissues. A patent is pending, he published this contribution in the Journal of Controlled Release (JCR).
